I picked up “loads” two different times from this facility . My experience was good one. This facility want to become “#1 Shipper Of Choice”. I believe if they are not already “#1 Shipper Of Choice”. , they are good candidate for it. Very very speedy loading . That’s not mean jeopardize the quality and the safety of shipments instead when you pull out to close your doors, the neatness and professionalism on the load will be very obvious. I will continue later

Got here three hours late for the appointment. We got our gate a few minutes of parking at the security gate. Docked at the gate. About 40 minutes after docking they started unloading us! Everyone from the security guards to the dock staff have been super friendly and professional from start to finish!

Checked in at 11:34am got loaded at 12:30pm less than an hour. Generally speaking, an hour to load in a live load is pretty quick. I also liked the front desk lady so pretty and so friendly. Oh that was a false alarm they sent me a text but then told me to wait for a phone call probably another hour or so. Still not bad for a two hour window loading.

Very professional,my appointment was for next day at 7:30 am,and i came a day before at 3:30 pm,they checked me in right away and they gave me a door.After hour and a half i was empty.Nice job guys.

5/29 Wednesday 7:15 PM guardshack 7:25 PM docked 7:30 PM shipping 10:30 PM loaded This place is super slow. Everything is floor loaded

Truck Entrance is on n beach st....so I can't speak on the rest of the day but I had a 6am appt arrived at 445am....side note they will take you 2hrs early... but from the time I checked in til the time I checked out at exit gate I was there for a total of 1hr 20 mins. Had no issues except for arriving to early but other than that awesome Entrance especially the female guard that was there til 6am she was the best and havrsgreat attitude

Well! I guess we got lucky today, get in 5 hours early of appointment done with paperwork in two hours nice✅ don’t park on the street police officers are giving tickets …. Keep the good job LG warehouse👏 …
